Beefjack Enters Tech City’s Startup Games

Hello and welcome back Beefjackers!

To join in with the competitive nature in London this summer, Tech City is hosting the 2012 Startup Games, to find out who is the very best among startup technology companies.

Beefjack has been selected to participate and compete within a group of 150 international companies for the gold. Now what is the gold, you ask? Well, even though there isn’t any literal gold, it’s the recognition of  being among the greatest and most promising technology companies in the world, as well as some goods and services that the hosts provide.

The games will start today and continue for two days until the 31st of August. But the fun part is – we have no idea what the contest is going to consist of. Some say it might be as simple as a pitch, others would argue that we’re going to do the 100-metre dash, who knows.

All in all I really like this game because it’s refreshing and different from most of the puzzles games out there. Additionally it feels like a platformer game in disguise so there is definitely a lot to enjoy and a bit more depth than your typical physics puzzle. Did I mention you can Rewind time?
